Diploma for IT Users (Levels 1, 2 or 3)

The CITY & GUILDS Diploma for IT Users is offered at 3 levels 1, 2 and 3. This is an accredited course meant for people who need to use Information Technology tools and services in their everyday work.

This is usually the starting point for those who wish to become employable – most of the time potential employers look for IT qualifications – that is knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Internet would be a definite advantage. Moreover, when passing these examinations, you will be awarded certificates from CITY and GUILDS UK – the qualifications are approved by OFQUAL UK and internationally recognised. Exams are held three time a year under MES supervision.

To get the Diploma, you must complete between 10 to 13 modules over a period of 1.5 to 2 years.

The full description of the Qualifications is given on this page
